SUBDIVISION-RELATED FEES

Preliminary Plat Approval: $125

Application Fees:
Minor subdivision - $100 plus $50 per lot
Major subdivision - $1000 plus $75 per lot

BUILDING PERMIT FEES:

New cost of construction fee schedule application fee $40.00

Cost of construction fee: One and two family dwellings: calculated by square feet as follows:
0000 - 1500: $200.00
1501 - 2500: $300.00
2501 - 3500: $400.00
3501 - 4000: $500.00
over 4001 add additional $100.00 for every 1000 sq. ft or fraction thereof

Additions to existing one and two family dwellings: calculated by square feet as follows:
0000 - 1000: $100.00
1001 - 2000: $200.00
2001 - 3000: $300.00
over 3001 add additional $100.00 for every 1000 sq. ft or fraction thereof

Accessory buildings and structures garage, shed, swimming pool enclosures calculated by square feet as follows:
Small moveable storage structures:
up to 500 sq. ft.: $25.00
0500 - 1000: $75.00
1001 - 2000: $100.00
2001 - 3000: $150.00

Above ground pools: $75.00

Inground pools: $150.00

Demolition fee: $40.00

Renewal fee: $50.00 (6 month extension)

Municipal search fee: $75.00

Fire inspection fees: $50.00
DRIVEWAY PERMITS: $100 (See Highway Supt. for additional information)

Dogs Licensing:
spayed / neutered: $5.00 (State fee: $2.50 + Local fee: $2.50)
unspayed / unneutered : $13.00 (State fee: $7.50 + State spay/neuter fee: $3.00 + Local fee: $2.50)
** 'Puppy fee' of $10.00 can be charged for dog age 6 months & under

Purebred Licenses:
$25 + $2.50 = 1-9 dogs + $3.00 for each unspayed/unneutered dog
$50 + $2.50 = 10-24 dogs + $3.00 for each unspayed/unneutered dog
$100 + $2.50 = 25 or more dogs $3.00 for each unspayed/unneutered dog

Impoundment: $14.00 per day (Pine Plains Vets)

Marriages – License Fee: $40.00

Certified copies: $10

Conservation Licenses: varied, see Town Clerk
RECREATION FEES:
