Special Town Board Mtg Thursday Oct 28th at 7:00 to opt-out on Cannabis Laws

The Town of Stanford Town Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 28^th, 2021 at 7PM at the Town of Stanford Town Hall, Rt. 82 Stanfordville, NY  in order to adopt Local Law #2 of 2021 – opting out of allowing cannabis dispensaries within the Town of Stanford as authorized under new York Cannabis Law  Article 4,
and adopt Local Law #3 of 2021 – opting out of allowing on-site Cannabis Consumption sites within the Town of Stanford as authorized under New York Cannabis Law Article 4. The Board will put the issues on the ballot for the 2022 election if the proper number of signatures are collected by petition as per New York State law.
